All frontend engineering services, component deliverables, and consulting packages provided by BuildPixelio are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and BuildPixelio, registered at 117 33 Mälarvarvsbacken 16, Stockholm, Sweden.

Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, BuildPixelio assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific source code, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client without recurring license dependencies.

BuildPixelio reserves the right to retain anonymized code patterns and architectural techniques for internal knowledge purposes. No client-identifiable information, proprietary business logic, or confidential data shall be reused or disclosed.

Project timelines are estimated in business days from the date of signed SOW and full payment receipt. Delays caused by client-side feedback cycles, third-party API dependencies, or force majeure events may extend delivery windows proportionally.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), personal contact data submitted via our project ingestion consoles at BuildPixelio (117 33 Mälarvarvsbacken 16, Stockholm, Sweden) is processed exclusively for client communication, project delivery, and statutory tax reporting.

BuildPixelio operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Each milestone payment is non-refundable upon delivery and client acceptance of the corresponding deliverable.

Pre-Development Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any development work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any applicable bank transfer fees.

Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled mid-development, the Client is entitled to a refund of the proportionate share of any prepaid amount for undelivered milestones, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Delivered and accepted milestones are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution: Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant invoice date. BuildPixelio will review and respond within 5 business days.

SLA Retainers: Monthly maintenance retainer subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued for retainer services already rendered.

All refunds are processed via the original payment method. BuildPixelio is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank processing delays beyond our control.
